    Denise Holland, CMT

Based out of Monticello, MN; Denise is a professional member of ABMP, is certified in massage therapy, with an associates degree from Rasmussen College. Denise has been practicing massage for 11 years. She has worked with some of the best chiropractors; by way of enhancing their provided, phenomenal body work, as well as, in salon settings, helping people pamper themselves, including providing them with the self-care we all deserve.  Denise is now providing the same personalized healing and care to clients in her home office, while still being an active and present wife and mother, for her family.

Denise has always had a passion for helping people in many different ways throughout her life. Her love for massage started in 10th grade while she was working on fellow students at track meets. She loved the positive feedback, as well as, seeing them perform to the best of their ability after she worked on them. It was such a satisfying feeling. After college concluded, Denise further learned about the benefits of health and wellness as a whole; with exercise, nutrition, and bodywork, solidifying her choice in this career.  Doing what she truly enjoys!

Denise has been married to an amazing and supportive husband for 7 years. They have been blessed with 3 kids, who always keep her busy! She enjoys family movie/game nights, being outside; whether it’s at the lake, pool, hiking, axe throwing, riding family toys around, league volleyball, or sitting by a fire! In the winter you can usually find her burrowed in multiple layers in the house, enjoying word finds, craft projects, reading, and most importantly— staying warm. If you can't tell summer is Denise’s favorite time of the year! All year round she recharges while hanging out with  friends, watching a good movie, or doing a great workout!
